Faith & Learning

Faith grows through Scripture, conversation, questions and reflection. These resources are here to help individuals and groups explore the Bible, think more deeply about faith and continue learning together.

Women of the Bible

The women whose stories appear throughout Scripture lived in different times and circumstances, but their experiences still speak to questions of faith, courage, uncertainty, family, leadership and God's presence in everyday life.

Our Women of the Bible video series explores these women and their stories, providing an opportunity to encounter familiar passages from a fresh perspective and discover some stories that may be less familiar.

The Chosen Bible Study

The Chosen provides an imaginative dramatization of the people, places and events surrounding the ministry of Jesus. Our study guides are designed to help viewers move beyond simply watching an episode and use it as a starting point for exploring Scripture and talking about faith.

Each guide includes background for the episode, questions for discussion and reflection, related Scripture passages and a brief look at what comes next.

These guides may be used for personal reflection or as conversation starters for Bible studies and small groups. Select an episode below to open its study guide.

Questions Are Welcome Here.

Christian learning isn't about having every answer. It's about exploring Scripture together, listening to one another and continuing to discover how faith connects with everyday life.

Zion offers opportunities for Bible study and faith formation, and we're glad to share resources that may also be useful to individuals, small groups and other congregations.
