Zion has been assigned the salad course for this year's Thanksgiving Family Dinner at the Well. If you can provide either a bag of mixed salad or a container of tomatoes, please see Susie Hengst to sign up; and then bring your item to church on Sunday, November 21st to hand over to the Well.
GOD'S GLOBAL BARNYARD
Visit the display in the back of the sanctuary from now through Sunday, November 28th to pick up a donation envelope and a barnyard ornament to help provide farm animals for those in underdeveloped countries.
CHRISTMAS ELVES PROJECT
We received our Christmas gift list for our sponsored children in Southern York County. Choose a tag from the christmas tree in the back of the sanctuary. Then return the tag, your unwrapped gift and (optionally) separate wrapping paper by Sunday, November 28th. Questions? Please see Susie Hengst.

HEALING SHAWLS FROM COMPASSION & CARE TEAM
Glen Rock resident, Lucy Cadwallader, contacted Zion with the following request. For the past 6 years, a free program with 16 volunteers called Compassion & Care Team within the York County Coroner's Office has reached out to families who have lost loved ones. They provide comforting letters, grief support, support group information as needed. Now they wish to offer Healing Shawls to mothers, grandmothers, care givers who have lost a child. If you have free time to knit/crochet for this worthy cause, please call Lucy (717-873-4971). She will provide the yarn and pattern. Interested? Please contact Lucy directly. (This is unrelated to the Prayer Shawl Ministry at Zion.)
