WEEKLY NEWS & NOTES

ZOOM WORSHIP FOR ZION MEMBERS
Based on the most recent COVID-19 data for hospitalizations, positivity rates, as well as on guidance from synod, council has extended  virtual worship via Zoom through February 28, 2021, and that service will be recorded and posted to the Zion website for easy viewing.

In-person worship is scheduled to resume on Sunday, March 7, 2021.  In person worship services will be recorded each week and posted to YouTube on Sunday afternoons. It is our hope that we will also be able to live stream to Zion’s Facebook page as the Sunday service is happening. If live streaming goes well, we will also try to add a YouTube live stream.  Recording and live streaming services are a new endeavors for Zion so bear with us as we figure out what works best.

Use of Zion’s facilities by approved organizations will resume on Monday, March 8, 2021. As before, COVID safety protocols must be maintained for any inside activity – masking, social distancing, no singing, socialize outside, stay home if you are sick or have not knowingly been exposed to anyone who has tested positive or had COVID-like symptoms in past 14 days.
